About the role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to serve as the connective tissue between our product vision and technical execution. You will be the "air traffic controller" for a lean, high-performing team, ensuring that designs translate perfectly into code and that customer feedback is prioritized and shipped.

This is a hands-on role. You won't just be moving tickets; you will be the final line of defense for quality, testing our app and web interfaces to ensure every release is polished and functional.

Responsibilities

  • Team Coordination & VelocitySynchronize Workflows: Act as the primary point of contact between our Full-Stack Developers (1 FT, 1 PT), Designer (PT), and Product Manager.Daily Pulse: Conduct light-touch check-ins to unblock engineers and ensure the Designer has the technical specs or feedback needed to progress through their work.Feedback Loop: Synthesize input from Sales and Customer Support into actionable technical tasks for the development team, and work with the team to prioritize.

Requirements

  • The "Translator" Ability: You can take a vague customer complaint and turn it into a specific technical bug report, or take a complex technical constraint and explain it simply to the Sales team.
  • Technical Literacy: You don't need to write production code, but you should be comfortable using Figma, inspecting APIs, and understanding the basics of web/mobile architecture.
  • The "Eagle Eye": You notice when a button is 2px off-center or when a loading state feels "clunky."
  • Experience: 2+ years in technical project management, QA, or a hybrid product role in a startup environment.
